Cuisine of Rajasthan

Rajasthani cuisine is inspired by both the inhabitants' warlike lifestyle and the arid region's availability of ingredients. Water scarcity and a lack of fresh green vegetables have an effect on food. Gram flour, corn, barley, millet, bajra, and dairy products are all common ingredients. While vegetarian food is preferred, meat dishes are available in some establishments.

Dal Bati Churma, Mohan Thaal, Laal Maas, Mawa Kachori, Mirchi Bada, Kalakand, pyaaz Kachori, Gatte, Kadhi, Ghevar, Malpua, Churma Ladoo, Balushahi, Ker Sangari, Besan Halwa, Saag, and many more are examples of traditional Rajasthani cuisine.
